Refund & Cancellation Policy

Community membership and community events at FEMPOWERMENT are free. This policy applies to paid bookings — such as one-to-one sessions and paid workshops — that you pay for online. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown and charged in UAE Dirham (AED). Bookings are operated by FEMPOWERMENT MOVEMENT EVENTS L.L.C, Dubai, UAE (Commercial License No. 1465995).

• More than 24 hours before your session: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no cost.
• Less than 24 hours before your session: we are unable to refund, because the time was reserved for you. You may ask to reschedule once, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• No-show (you do not attend and did not tell us): the booking is treated as used and is not refundable.

If we have to cancel a paid session or workshop, or move it to a time that does not suit you, you get a full refund — or you can keep the credit for a future date, whichever you prefer. If a significant change happens, we will always contact you first.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear on your statement. We do not charge any fee for a refund.

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or see a payment you do not recognise, contact us and we will investigate and correct it as quickly as possible. Genuine billing errors are always refunded in full.

Email us at [email protected] with the name on the booking, the date of the session and, if you have it, your Stripe receipt or the last four digits of the payment. We aim to reply within two business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update it from time to time; the date above always reflects the current version.
